I did both when I started out. First Premier and Capital One. I still have my Capital One... it's been wonderful to me. First Premier will definitely accept you, HOWEVER they charge an annual fee. It was like $50-$60 per year. So unless Capital One denies you, I wouldn't touch First Premier. (I closed it out when I got my first annual charge)
